Vikrant Mahendran, Geologist, RS & GIS Professional is working as “Associate Research Scientist” with JalaSRI – Watershed Surveillance and Research Institute, Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India. He has Two year of working experience in the field of Geology, Geomorphology, Desertic Studies, Remote Sensing and Geographical Information System. He holds a M. Tech. in Remote Sensing from Department of Geo-Engineering, College of Engineering, Andhra University (IIEST) - Visakhapatnam. His M.Tech Dissertation title is “Vulnerability of Different Geomorphic Units to Desertification in Parts of Western Rajasthan – A Remote Sensing & GIS Approach, Competed at RRSSC – Jodhpur”. He is also M.Sc. in Geology from University of Bikaner, Rajasthan.
