Rajesh E. Koli

Mr. Rajesh E. Koli, computer scientist, is working as “computer programmer” with JalaSRI – Watershed Surveillance and Research Institute, Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India.  He has more than 10 years of working experience in the field of computer science, visual studio 6, 2005, 2008 and database programming. He holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. 

He was worked as “Research Associate” with CSEES, Penn State University, USA for the duration 01/09/2008 to 30/06/2009. He has co-authored of international published paper “PULSE, Progressive Upper Level Set Scan Statistic for Geospatial Hotspot Detection” and “Digital Governance and Hotspot Geo-informatics with Continuous Fractional Response”. He has co-authored book chapter “ULS Scan Statistic for Hotspot Detection with Continuous Gamma Response” in the book “Scan Statistics Methods and Applications”.
