Bhushan Joshi

ggwM. Sc. in Botany from Department of Botany, University of Pune, Pune, 2007 is working as a Researcher, JalaSRI- Watershed Surveillance and Research Institute, Jalgaon, Maharashtra. He has 2 years working experience in the field of Botany and Biodiversity. He holds a Certificate Course in Natural Resource Management on Remote Sensing & GIS Applications to Forestry/ Botany/ Ecology/ Wildlife/ Environmental Sciences (N-FE) from IIRS Dehradun 2009. University Grants Commission, WRO Pune, funded his minor research project on “Biodiversity assessment of Jalgaon district forest using RS, GIS and GPS tools” undertaken at the Post Graduate Research Centre, Department of Botany, M. J. College Jalgaon. He is associated with National Carbon Project in collaboration with IIRS Dehradun (ISRO Funded). He has participated and presented papers/posters in national and international level workshop/conference. He is also associated with the socio-economic surveys in the Model Watershed Development Project.
